Internal regulations of the XVI International Masterclass for Young Latvian Musicians “Personality Score”

 

1. We are guests at the Sigulda Art School "Baltais Flīģelis", let us respect its premises and instruments.

 

2. Masterclass participants are responsible for their own personal instruments.

 

3. Masterclass participants must attend all lectures, masterclasses, and scheduled classes.

 

4. Minors are prohibited from smoking, while adults are prohibited from smoking on school premises, in the school grounds and in residential areas.

 

5. The use of alcoholic beverages and psychotropic substances during the master classes is prohibited.

 

6. Participants are responsible for the order at the accommodation.

 

7. All participants must arrive at Krimulda Manor by 11:00 p.m.

 

8. The internal rules of procedure must be followed at Krimulda Manor (you will need to sign separately).

 

9. Nighttime silence must be observed from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

 

10. Swimming in Sigulda is only allowed at the "Sigulda Beach" on the Gauja River, if there is a rescue service. Swimming in other places is very dangerous.

 

11. The organizers of the master classes must be informed about leaving the master classes.

 

12. The masterclass participant is responsible for their health. Any signs of deterioration in health must be reported to the responsible persons in the Masterclass team.

 

13. When moving around the city, you must follow traffic rules.

 

14. When leaving the school and manor premises, the keys must be handed over to the person on duty (at least for 5 minutes).

 

15. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the masterclass participant bears material and moral responsibility, the participant may be excluded from the masterclass. In this case, the money will not be returned.
